Why Praying With The Book Of Psalms.
WHY PRAYING WITH THE BOOK OF PSALMS.
"Put God first and everything will follow." The next thing God does for you and your family will be big and mind blowing
It was on Sunday, 20th of October, 2019, our Church Pastor told all the congregation to stand up with our Bible. As a pastoral leader, we obliged to the man of God who later told us to open to Psalm 23. We all read from this Book of Psalm and next we enter into prayer session.
After we have finished praying, I then ask myself, why praying using the Book of Psalms. I did not stop at this, I pick my set and head on to http://www.google.com to search for "Why praying with Psalms?". What I found was not only a spiritual reasons but needful. I quote one of my search results saying, "You will pray more biblical- faithful prayers. The Bible through the psalms will guide your prayers, helping you to speak to God with words that have come from the mind and heart of God". This also means you will be praying more in accordance with the will of God.
Dear brethren, from praising to thanksgiving to divine mercy and abundance grace, all you need can be found in the the Book of Psalm. One of the Psalm that I believe you should be reading everyday aside from Psalm 91 which is prayer for protection another important psalm is Psalm 70. It is a prayer for Help.
SAMPLE PRAYER.
"Save me, O God! Lord help me now! May those who try to kill me(mention your name) be defeated and confused. May those who are happy because of my troubles be turned back and disgraced. May those who jeer at me be dismayed by their defeat. May all who come to you be glad and joyful. May all who are thankful for your salvation always say HOW GREAT IS GOD. I am weak and poor, come to me quickly, O God. You are my savior O Lord- hurry to my aid.". Amen. the above is a prayer for Help.
Praying with Psalms make your prayer more stronger and powerful. Hear what Psalm 30: 6-12 says,
"When I felt secure, I said I will never be shaken. Lord, when you favored me, you made my royal mountain stand firm". Power in the prayer of Psalms win all battles. the psalmist said, Lord I have come to you for protection, never let me be defeated.
Recommended Psalms For Prayer:
1. Prayer and Psalm to pray for Victory over Enemies: Oh Lord give me victory over my enemies in the name of Jesus. You may also read Psalm 69, 35 and 109.

e journey mercy.

5. Prayer and Psalm against DEBT: Oh Lord Jesus, pay up all my debt today in the name of Jesus.

2. Today, in the name of Jesus, my prayer message to you is that as many that will try to rise up against you, I command them to fall in Jesus name.
3. Enemies of progress that are happy of your setback, today I uproot them from your life in the name of Jesus.
4. Today, the Lord will release upon you the anointment to fulfill your destiny in the name of Jesus. Destiny destroyers will be consumed by fire of the Holy Ghost in the name of Jesus.
5. I receive grace to overcome enemies of progress in my place of work or business in the name of Jesus.
6. I am the son of God. Oh Lord, help me to overcome enemies of progress in my life in the name of Jesus.
7. Lord separate me from the enemies of progress today in the name of Jesus.

1. For prayer to work for you, you have to confess of your Sins. For the Bible says you can be in sin and expect good things from God. Sin hold back the answer to prayers. Be empowered to overcome sin today so that prayer can works for you.
2. For prayer to works for you, you have to believe in the name that answers prayer. For "wherefore God also with highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow of things in the earth and things under the earth.

3. Prayer will work for you if you have Faith. You have to walk by faith and not by sight. Your faith is going to turn things around Your faith will bring answer to your prayer. Psalm 31 is not only an advice to the King but a great advice to you if only if you want to see the kingdom of God.
"You are my own dear son, the answer to my prayers. What shall I tell you? Do not spend all your energy on sex and all your money on women, they have destroy kings. I read verses 5 with you.. "Alcohol is for people who are dying, for those who are in misery? Let them drink and forget their poverty and unhappiness". verse 8.. But, " speak up for people who cannot speak for themselves. Protect the rights of all who are helpless. Speak for them and be a righteous judge. Protect the rights of the needy".

3. Lord, I have listen to your word according to the proverbs 31 ministries, Lord make me to ride upon the high places of the earth in the name of Jesus.

5. In the name of Jesus, anywhere the enemy will try to gather against me in the realm of the spirit, I command your fire upon them in the name of Jesus. Amen.

HOW TO BECOME A CHILD OF GOD.
T`o become a Child of God, we must receive Christ. But, to all who received him, who believe in his name, He gave power to become a Children of God, who were born not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor the will of the man, but of God.
To become a Child of god we must of Christ the Lord. When we believe in Jesus and accept Him as our Savior, we are born in God's family. Physical birth does not qualify us to become children of god only. Faith in Jesus Christ makes us members of God's family. Christians are brothers and sisters in the family of God, whether they are poor or rich.
BENEFITS OF BEEN THE CHILD OF GOD.
1. When you become members of God's family, you will be able to talk to god freely and say, "Father, I choose to put my in trust in you. I know that you are a good and faithful God and I trust that you have my best interest at heart. Help me stay focused on your goodness and let your divine mercy found me today in Jesus name". Amen.
2. When you become members of God's family, the Lord will release upon you the anointing to fulfill your destiny in the name of Jesus.
3. As a Child of God, the mighty hands of god protection shall cover you and every member of your family. every evil arrow against you shall return back to the sender. Any alter raised against your progress as you are reading this piece shall be consumed by fire in the name of Jesus.
4. As a member of God's family, the God loves you. This month shall be your month of success, excellence, salvation, month of divine elevation, divine miracles, restoration and God's blessing. Amen.
5. As a Child of God, today, in the name of Jesus, I and you will experience more of the manifestation of the power of god in your life, home, business and in your Ministry.
